# Tuning (Advanced)

Your droid is a machine, so it has a bunch of hardware settings that you can change to improve performance for certain tasks.

The best use case example for tuning is to improve your droid's training performance. Every droid is different, so there is no perfect formula, but by trying different hardware settings you can eventually reach a perfect performance grade and have all your training reduced by up to 20%.

To get a perfect A++ performance grade, drag the sliders around or try some of the available presets, then click 'Save Settings & Soft Rebot'. After 15 seconds your droid has been rebooted and you can check the performance grade.
